Facility Rentals

Booking a Facility 

The Town of Coaldale has a number of facilities available to be booked by contacting our Client Services Coordinator at (403) 345-1323 or in person from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. 

The following information will be required to book:

  • Name of Organization (if applicable)
  • Contact person including first and last name
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Specific date and times required for the event including set-up and clean-up times
  • Type of function
  • $300 damage deposit 

Payment for booking of facilities can be done at the Town Office at #200 1801 20 Ave, via credit card over the phone or through our online payment portal.

 

Facilities Available for Booking

The following facilities are available to be booked. Rental fees vary depend on the facility and the duration of your booking; please contact us for further information. 

Please note that any use of facilities without booking is considered unauthorized.
