Facility Rentals

Booking a Facility 

The Town of Coaldale has a number of facilities available to be booked by contacting our Client Services Coordinator at (403) 345-1323 or in person from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. 

The following information will be required to book:

  • Name of Organization (if applicable)
  • Contact person including first and last name
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • Email address
  • Specific date and times required for the event including set-up and clean-up times
  • Type of function
  • $300 damage deposit 

Payment for booking of facilities can be done at the Town Office at #200 1801 20 Ave, via credit card over the phone or through our online payment portal. Contact our Client Services Coordinator for more information at (403) 345-1323. 

 

Facilities Available for Booking

The following facilities are available to be booked. Rental fees vary depend on the facility and the duration of your booking; please contact us for further information. 

Please note that any use of facilities without booking is considered unauthorized.
