Compliance Certificates

A compliance letter is filed when a property owner requires confirmation that all buildings and accessory structures on the property comply with Land Use Bylaw requirements. 

A Real Property Report and a payment of $150 is required prior to the compliance review. Payments can be made at the Town office by cash, debit, or cheque.
