Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Heidi Davis
Join us for a Gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga class with Heidi Davis on March 3 from 7:00–8:00 PM in the Civic Square Atrium.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga weaves breath and movement together to create a mindful, accessible practice that builds strength, encourages ease, and supports relaxation. This class will focus on heart-opening poses while developing balance and stability. We’ll close with a calming self-love meditation to help you feel grounded and refreshed. No experience is necessary, and a limited number of extra mats will be available.
