Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Heidi Davis
Join us for a Vinyasa Flow yoga class with Heidi Davis on January 18 from 7:00–8:00 PM in the Civic Square Atrium.
Vinyasa Flow yoga weaves breath and movement together to create a mindful, gentle practice that builds strength, encourages ease, and supports relaxation. This class is designed to be welcoming and inclusive, with thoughtful options offered so participants of all bodies and experience levels can feel supported.
About the Instructor
Heidi Davis is a Recreation Therapist and certified Yoga Facilitator with First Thunder Wellness. She brings training in therapeutic and trauma-informed movement, creating supportive and inclusive class experiences. Working in both community and clinical settings, Heidi emphasizes accessibility, inclusion, and overall well-being. Her classes are grounded in professional training and lived experience, offering mindful, supportive movement for people of all abilities.
