Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Heidi Davis
Join us for a Gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga class four element theme with Heidi Davis on April 12 from 7:00–8:00 PM in the Civic Square Atrium.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga weaves breath and movement together to create a mindful, accessible practice that builds strength, encourages ease, and supports relaxation. In this special class, we will journey through the four elements—Earth, Water, Fire, and Air—exploring them through yoga poses, breathwork, and a closing guided meditation. Modifications and options will be offered throughout, and everybody is welcome.
