- Completed: Alberta Government Value-Scoping Sessions (October 25, 26, 2018)
- Completed: Joint multi-use recreation facility and high school proposal submitted to the province.
- Completed: Community Information Sessions (February 5 and 12, 2019)
- Next Steps: Community engagement opportunities for the services, activities, programming and other amenities to be included in the multi-use recreation facility (to be included in Phase 2)
- Completed: Preliminary design kick-off meetings and discussion with Palliser Regional Schools and FWBA Architects.
- Completed: Organized discussion with Coaldale's sporting user groups to brainstorm the potential amenities that each group desires within the new facility.
- Completed: Community engagement opportunities in October/November for the services, activities, programming and other amenities to be included in the multi-use recreation facility.
