What is Celebrate Main?
Celebrate Main is a celebration of and for our community. The event kicks-off with a Movie in the Park on Friday evening and festivities will continue into Saturday starting with a pancake breakfast fundraiser hosted by Coaldale & District Emergency Services. There's something for everyone of all ages - join us this August as we Celebrate Main!

Volunteer Opportunities
We are currently seeking volunteers to come help out and have fun for approximately 2-hour shifts on August 7 to celebrate our community! Please contact our Community Services Department at 403-345-1324 for more information or to sign up.
Celebrate Main Volunteer Positions
Road Closures
- 20th Ave will be closed to vehicle traffic between 19th Street and 14th Street from approximately 7:00am to 5:00pm on August 7th.
- Starting at approximately 5:00pm, only the portion of 20th Ave between 17th Street and 18th Street will be closed to vehicle traffic.
