Public Hearing Virtual Attendance Request Form

To request to attend a public hearing virtually, please fill out the form below at least 24 hours before the public hearing you wish to attend. 

Please note: in order for the virtual attendance experience to be as effective as possible, the person requesting attendance should have access to a computer with audio and video capabilities i.e. a computer with working speakers, microphone and camera.

Please have your phone nearby prior to the public hearing in case a member of municipal administration needs to contact you for reasons related to attendance at the meeting.
