Call for Applications
Are you a Coaldale citizen living with a disability? The Town of Coaldale welcomes your ongoing participation in the Accessibility Working Group!
Membership requirements:
- You can dedicate approximately 2-4 hours per month for the duration of the working group.
- Strong preference will be given to those with disabilities or impairments.
- All ages welcome! Applicants under the age of 18 will need a parent's or guardian's consent.
About the Accessibility Working Group
The Town of Coaldale has received expression of interest from community members looking to improve elements of the built environment that are challenging for those with disabilities. This advisory body will collaborate to identify these barriers to universal accessibility in our community and find solutions to bridge the gaps. We are seeking citizens with varied disabilities who are passionate about making Coaldale a more accessible and welcoming place.
How to Apply
If you meet all of the requirements listed above, you are eligible to apply for the Accessibility Working Group. Click HERE to fill out an application!
Applications will remain open until suitable candidates have been found.
