To protect the health and safety of our staff and residents, we request that visits to the office be limited to critical and/or essential servicing only.

For bill payments, please:

  • Pay electronically via online banking
  • Drop a cheque in the mail slot
  • Pay at your banking institution

For permits, compliance letters, & business licenses:

  1. Download the required forms at https://www.coaldale.ca/services/taxation-assessment
  2. Submit completed forms to buildingcoaldale@coaldale.ca
  3. Town staff will contact you to complete forms and/or make arrangements for payment.

If you believe your matter is critical and requires an in-person visit, please call ahead to confirm staff availability and scheduling. Our number is 403-345-1300.
