Public Hearing for Bylaw No. 885-P-02-24

During the March 11, 2024, Regular Council Meeting, a public hearing will be held for Bylaw No. 885-P-02-24.

PURPOSE OF THE BYLAW: To rezone a portion of property known legally as Lot 72, Block 2, Plan 0913811 from ‘Highway Commercial C-2’ to ‘Direct Control - DC’ to accommodate the establishment of a Cannabis Retail Store.

Anyone wishing to speak at the public hearing should contact Cameron Mills, Director of Growth and Investment & Deputy CAO at (403) 345-1370 by no later than 12 pm, Friday, March 8, 2024.

Written comments must be received no later than 4:00 pm, Wednesday, March 6th, 2024.
