As of Tuesday, August 28 the Fire Restriction that had been in place for Coaldale since August 8 has now been reduced to a Fire Advisory.
With the recent moisture, the fire hazard has decreased to a point where the Fire Restriction has been lifted.
A Fire Advisory will remain in place, caution should still be exercised at all times when burning.
Backyard fire pits are allowed during a Fire Advisory.
