Join us for a Gentle Vinyasa Flow yoga class wildflower theme with Heidi Davis on May 3 from 7:00–8:00 PM in the Civic Square Atrium.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow Yoga weaves breath and movement together to create a mindful, accessible practice that builds strength, encourages ease, and supports relaxation. In this special class, we will journey through a flow designed to awaken the body and capture the lightness, joy, and renewed energy of the season. We’ll move through poses that reflect the freshness of spring, followed by a calming meditation inspired by the quiet beauty of prairie wildflowers.
Come breathe, stretch, and reconnect with the season’s natural rhythm. Modifications and options will be offered throughout, and everybody is welcome.
