What is the Easter Event?
The Coaldale Easter Event is a free event that will consist of fun, family friendly activities.
Day-of Activities (1:00 pm - 3:30 pm)
- Photos with the Easter Bunny by Fused Elements Photography
- Wagon Rides
- Petland Petting Zoo (Furry Little Animals)
- Baby Chicks
- Mini Games
- PAWS for a Cause: Community Connection Booth - Hosted by the Coaldale & Regional Pet and Animal Wellness Society
- Birds of Prey Display - Hosted and Sponsored by the Alberta Birds of Prey Nature Centre
- Firepit & Marshmallow Roasting
Colouring Contest
How it works:
- Step 1: EITHER pick up a colouring page from the Town Office (1801 20th Ave #200) during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm) by April 17, 2025, OR download a colouring page from the options below and print the page (front and back)
- Step 2: fill out the information on the back of the page.
- Step 3: colour the front of the page however you'd like.
- Step 4: EITHER scan (in colour) both the front AND back pages and email them to the Town of Coaldale's Special Events Coordinator, mark.mcintosh@coaldale.ca, OR drop off your entry at the Coaldale Town Office (1801 20th Ave #200) during regular business hours by April 17, 2025, Attn: Mark McIntosh, OR bring your entry to the Town of Coaldale's Easter Event on Saturday, April 19 between 1 pm and 3:30 pm in the Civic Square Atrium (1801 20th Ave).
- Step 5: Council will review the entries and decide on the 1st place winners from three age categories: 1-10yr, 11-17yr, and 18+.
Prizes:
$50 in gift cards to local businesses
