Prairie Crossing Area Structure Plan/Outline Plan

Background:

ISL Engineering, Land Services Ltd. and Destiny Homes Inc. are preparing a draft Area Structure Plan (ASP)/Outline Plan for Coaldale Prairie Crossing. This Area Structure Plan/Outline Plan will provide a framework for future development which is consistent with the goals and objectives of the Town of Coaldale.

Please note, the draft framework has not yet been approved by Town Council. The draft plan will be reviewed by Town administration following the public engagement period before a public hearing is scheduled. Please see below for the project timeline and current engagement opportunities.

As part of the planning review for the Area Structure Plan/Outline Plan, Destiny Homes Inc. along with ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd. are conducting a public engagement process to share information about the project and gather feedback from adjacent landowners and the public.
