The Town of Coaldale Community Grant Program was launched in May 2017 and is available to not-for-profit or volunteer-based organizations to help fund programs, projects or events that contribute to the well-being of the overall community, address a community need or enhance or improve the quality of life for Town of Coaldale residents. Fun fact: 75% of photo radar speeding tickets are given to residents outside of Coaldale.
2021 will mark the fifth year that grant money will be awarded to community projects that meet the requirements of the grant. The grant funds are generated exclusively from the Town’s municipal photo radar program, which has generated $156,362 from 2016-2020.
Applications for the 2021 Community Grant Program are now being accepted. Please carefully review Project Eligibility requirements as these have changed for 2021. The deadline to submit applications for grant funding is 4:30 p.m. on May 5, 2021.
Please submit applications to firstname.lastname@example.org or drop off applications to the Town of Coaldale Office.
