NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED BYLAW NO. 700-P-03-15
to be held at 5:45 p.m., Monday, April 13th, 2015
Town of Coaldale Council Chambers – 1920 – 17th Street
PURSUANT to Sections 230, 606, and 692 of the Municipal Government Act, Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 Chapter M-26 as amended, the Council of the Town of Coaldale in the Province of Alberta hereby gives notice that first reading has been given for proposed Bylaw No. 700-P-03-15, an amendment to Bylaw No. 677-P-04-13 being the Town of Coaldale Land Use Bylaw.
THE PURPOSE of the proposed Bylaw No. 700-P-03-15 is to re-designate lands at 2004 – 22nd Street, as shown on the map below. Proposed Bylaw No. 700-P-03-15 is to re-designate lands presently described as “Residential – R-1-A” to “Commercial – C-1”.
THEREFORE, TAKE NOTICE THAT a Public Hearing to consider proposed Bylaw No. 700-P-03-15 will be held at the Town of Coaldale Council Chambers (1920 – 17th Street) at 5:45 p.m. Monday, April 13th, 2015.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT anyone wishing to make a presentation regarding the proposed Bylaw should, in writing, notify the Development Manager of the Town of Coaldale no later than 12:00 p.m., on Tuesday, April 7th, 2015. Both written and/or verbal presentations may be made to Council at the Public Hearing. Please note that all submissions will be made public.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE THAT a copy of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected at the Town of Coaldale office during normal business hours.
